The First Supplier Joint Conference of Lilong Group

On March 26, 2024, Lelong Group and its subsidiaries Chongqing Haideshi Group, Chongqing Yaqi, Lelong Zhongbao, and Chongqing Chuangyuan jointly held the first Supplier Joint Conference on "Innovation Leading Cross Regional Development, Pursuing Excellence and Integrating into Global Layout".

More than 430 guests from over 250 suppliers around the world were invited to attend the conference. Mr. Zhang Benyan, Chairman of Lelong Group, Mr. Taro Teraura, Chairman of HI-LEX in Japan, Mr. Masayoshi Sakata, General Manager of Yazaki Automotive Business Management Office and CYM Director, as well as senior executives and relevant leaders of various companies, attended the meeting.

At 1:30 pm, in this season of warm spring and the revival of all things, the first supplier joint conference of Lilong Group kicked off in a cheerful atmosphere. Let's first review Lilong Group's "Our Year" together.

In 2023, the structure of the automotive industry chain will undergo tremendous changes, facing many unexpected factors and ups and downs. All supplier partners and Lilong people have always stood together, fearlessly facing difficulties and moving forward with courage. On our path of overcoming difficulties and overcoming cycles of transformation and development, we cannot do without the close cooperation, strong support, and hard work of all our supplier partners.

This conference commended the outstanding performance of advanced suppliers in 2023, with more than 20 suppliers receiving the "Excellent Partner", "Excellent Quality Award", "Development Collaboration Award", and "Agile Service Award" respectively.

Next, the chairman delivered a speech titled "Innovation Leads Cross Domain Development, Pursuing Excellence and Integrating into Global Layout", proposing the concept of "co creation, sharing, symbiosis, win-win, and common prosperity". An open and cooperative attitude and in-depth communication and cooperation will be the key to our common success, and CYM is expected to continuously move forward.

At 3:00 pm, all the suppliers and guests moved to the CYM sub venue, where CYM presented the theme report of the sub venue.

Firstly, Mr. Zao Gu, the director, delivered a speech, hoping that CYM will not forget its position as the origin of the manufacturing industry, carry out activities such as "consolidating the foundation as a manufacturing enterprise" and "enhancing competitiveness through the development of new technologies" to overcome environmental changes. At the same time, it is necessary to listen carefully to the voices of business partners, establish win-win cooperation relationships with all business partners, and play a more active role in better future development.

Director Li Jun released the 'R&D Work Report', sharing the technological innovation achievements in 2023 and the key R&D work in 2024.

Vice President Song Heng released the "Quality Work Report", sharing CYM's quality policy and 2024 quality work tasks.

Minister Liu Ting released the "Procurement Work Report", sharing the summary of procurement work in 2023 and the procurement work plan for 2024.

Yuntu CEO Geng Xiaoxiang released a report titled "Cooperation and Response between Domestic Automotive MCU and Lelong Group", sharing a series of cooperation cases between Yuntu chips and Lelong Group.

The Director of Huike Automotive Business Unit released the report "Trends and Blueprint of Automotive Display", sharing the blueprint for CYM and Huike's future product planning.

General Manager Liu Degao delivered a keynote report titled "Thousand Sails Competing and Working Together", reviewing the work of CYM in 2023, explaining the work plan for 2024, and proposing that we should respond to the challenges of the globalization process of the automotive industry with an attitude of "upholding integrity and innovation", a global market perspective, an agile work style of "responding to trends and guiding", and a strategic determination of "adhering to methodology".

After the CYM session, all attending guests took a group photo as a souvenir.

At 6:10 pm, the leaders of Lelong Group and the attending suppliers gathered together and opened a thank-you dinner in a warm and grand atmosphere.

At the beginning of the dinner, the friends from Hyde Shi, Chongqing Yaqi, and Lilong Zhongbao presented enthusiastic opening dances for everyone.

After the dance, the members of Haideshi's marketing and procurement departments presented the sixth season of the traditional program "Supply and Marketing Cooperative", showcasing the daily work experiences of Haideshi's marketing and procurement personnel, and interpreting the spirit of never forgetting the original intention and facing difficulties

After the program ended, everyone raised their glasses together to celebrate the smooth convening of the conference. Amidst the clinking of glasses, the guests' emotions surged, and under the leadership of the chairman, they all took the stage to showcase their talents

2024 is the the Year of the Loong of Jiachen and the 60th anniversary of the founding of the Lilong Group. The first supplier conference of the Lilong Group has been successfully concluded.
