1. Participate in new product application and bidding work, and assist in preparing process related materials;

2. Participate in the development of process cost plans for new products;

3. Participate in product design related reviews and propose process requirements;

4. Organize the risk assessment of the entire process of new product production and manufacturing, prepare the Engineering Potential Failure Mode Analysis Report (PFMEA), Process Flow Diagram, Control Plan, and other relevant materials;

5. Supervise the implementation and completion of recommended measures in PFMEA;

6. Organize and implement trial production of new products;

7. Summarize various problem points in the production process before mass production of new products, organize the formulation of countermeasures for problem points, and supervise the implementation of countermeasures;

8. Coordinate the resolution of process quality issues in the production process of new products;

9. Develop and implement engineering capability and capacity verification plans;

10. Carry out training on new processes

Preparation of new product equipment

1. Prepare a design specification for new product equipment, molds, and fixtures;

2. Carry out the design, construction, and evaluation of production lines;

3. Carry out equipment selection work, recommend or participate in supplier selection;

4. Engage in technical exchanges with suppliers, prepare or confirm technical agreements;

5. Carry out preliminary design review and later identification and acceptance work for equipment, molds, and fixtures;

6. Prepare a list of spare parts and safety stock for production system equipment;

7. Prepare a list of vulnerable fixtures;

8. Organize the development of equipment related maintenance, operation, and other documentation;

9. Organize training on equipment operation, maintenance, and other related tasks.

Qualifications for the position:

Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Manufacturing Engineering or related fields

Two years or more of work experience in automotive process management

Familiar with IATF16949 system knowledge, proficient in using CAD drawing software and office automation software

Job Information:
