On the afternoon of June 2nd, all employees of Yaqi, Chongqing went to Deng Xiaoping's former residence in Guang'an to carry out a collective team building activity with the theme of "learning from the noble style of great men, strengthening confidence, innovating and collaborating, and achieving" reform, innovation, and development ".

In front of Deng Xiaoping's former residence, all members of the Yazaki Party branch gathered around "old party members" Chairman Zhang Benyan and Secretary Lai Maoxia to leave precious memories. All party members carefully visited the Exhibition Hall of Deng Xiaoping's Hometown, carefully watched the exhibition of Deng Xiaoping's life story, remembered the outstanding contributions made by a generation of great men to China's development and world peace, deeply understood classic phrases such as "development is the ultimate truth" and "reform and opening up will not waver for a hundred years", and deeply studied and understood the profound connotation of Deng Xiaoping Theory.

The employees carefully observed the physical displays, textual introductions, and audio-visual materials in the exhibition hall of Deng Xiaoping's former residence. By viewing precious objects, manuscripts, historical photos, and video materials, they traced the footsteps of the great man and reviewed Comrade Deng Xiaoping's magnificent and legendary life. They deeply felt the outstanding contributions made by Comrade Deng Xiaoping to the development of New China and the creation of the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics, enhanced everyone's sense of responsibility and mission, and strengthened their confidence and determination to achieve "reform, innovation, and development".

After the visit, all employees gathered at the Siyuan Hotel and held a themed conference to explain and promote the "Code of Conduct for Employees", hold competitions on "Party and Youth League Knowledge, Corporate Culture, Union Knowledge, and Safety Production Knowledge", commend outstanding employees in the OFFICE Operation Skills Competition, and commend outstanding example employees. All employees actively participated and learned about the employee code of conduct, safety production knowledge, party knowledge, the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and other related knowledge through various forms such as group quizzes, buzzer quizzes, and individual buzzer quizzes, in a fun and educational way. On the morning of the 3rd, all employees participated in gymnastics competitions, tug of war competitions, and fun events such as "Three Chess" and "Crab Run". As the gymnastics music played, all employees followed the rhythm closely, sometimes waving their arms, sometimes kicking their legs, sometimes jumping, with skilled movements and moderate tension and relaxation. All movements were strong, powerful, standardized, and each move perfectly demonstrated the good spirit of Chongqing Yaqi employees. During the tug of war competition, the representative teams of each department showed their tenacious will and never give up fighting spirit. Each team member worked hard, blushed, grabbed onto the rope, and gave their all. The cheers and cheers, one after another, pushed the competition to climax time and time again.

On the afternoon of the third day, all employees also visited the ancient battlefield site of Hechuan Fishing City to enhance communication among employees.
