The first phase of Chongqing Yaqi Management [Growth] Workshop - Famous Teacher Hall was successfully held

On September 28th, the first session of the "Culture Leading Leadership Driving Execution to Achieve Success" at the Chongqing Yaqi Management [Growth] Workshop - Famous Teacher Hall was held at the fourth floor venue of the Lelong Group. More than 100 middle and senior management cadres and employee representatives from Chongqing Yaqi and Lelong Zhongbao attended. Ms. Luo Jia, the HR Project Director, presented the vision and plan of the Management [Growth] Workshop, providing talent support for the company's strategic implementation by creating a talent supply chain.

This training specially invited management expert Professor Zeng Guoping, a doctoral supervisor from Chongqing University and a national second level professor, as the keynote speaker. Professor Zeng, with his profound academic background and practical experience, and humorous style, brought a "smart collision" of corporate culture, leadership, and execution to the students.
